David Pagdanganan

David Pagdanganan is a seasoned network engineer with a diverse background spanning several years in both military and civilian sectors. Currently at Carousel Industries since February 2013, David specializes in developing and implementing solutions to address protocol and proxy service vulnerabilities. Prior to this role, David gained valuable experience at NBS Enterprises & IT Services and the U.S. Navy as a system administrator. Expertise includes providing technical support at the U.S. Pacific Command and serving as a tactical communicator for the Naval Special Warfare Group 1. David's military experience enhanced skills in combat readiness and system maintenance, which were further developed at the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3 and Shore Intermediate Maintenance Activity. David holds multiple educational qualifications in information systems and network security from institutions such as San Diego Mesa College and Coleman University.
