Tejas Wakkar

Tejas Wakkar is currently a Voice Engineer at SMBC Capital Markets, Inc. and has been a Lead System Engineer at Carousel Industries since July 2019, where responsibilities include serving as the technical lead for the Collaboration Managed Services team and ensuring comprehensive customer documentation. Previously, Tejas worked at TenFour in various roles, including Unified Communications Engineer Tier 2, focusing on advanced troubleshooting of VOIP infrastructure, and contributed to the transition from POTS to Cisco VOIP Networks. Tejas holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Additional experience includes serving as a Graduate Assistant at Stevens Institute of Technology and working as a Network Engineer at Enercon India Ltd.
