Erik Saari has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. Erik began their career at Mounds View Public Schools as an Assistant Alpine Ski Coach, where they focused on developing athletes and promoting teamwork and sportsmanship. Erik then transitioned to Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, where they served as an Operations Supervisor, leading cross-functional teams and managing projects from scoping to implementation. Erik also worked as a Financial Services Officer, assisting members with banking and lending needs. Erik later joined Target, where they served as a Business Systems Lead, managing projects and fostering collaboration between business units and technical teams. At Ameriprise Financial Services, they worked as a Business Systems Analyst, consulting on acquisition and integration projects. Erik then moved on to Carousel Motor Group, where they held several roles, including Business Analyst and Business Systems Manager, focusing on strengthening the bond between IT and the business and leading IT projects. Throughout their career, Erik has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.

Erik Saari's education history includes a B.A. degree in Communications from the University of North Dakota.
