Heng Soon (Calvin) Shi is an experienced operations and digital content manager with a strong background in e-commerce and design. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Carousell Group since March 2022, Heng Soon is responsible for overseeing order fulfillment and inventory management. Prior roles include General Manager at PlanarAsia, where strategic operational goals and budget management were emphasized; Digital Content Manager at GS1 Singapore, focused on high-quality e-commerce content production; and Assistant Manager at Reebonz Pte Ltd, managing creative teams and project strategies.
