Jay Estingor II has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Jay began their career in 2004 as a Marketing Associate at ePerformax Contact Centers & BPO, where they conducted outbound calls and maintained a customer information database. In 2004, they then joined Accenture, where they held various roles including HR Business Partner, People Advisor, Specialist, and Consultant. In this capacity, Jay supported the HR Manager in managing daily operations and providing strategic HR support to over 6000 employees. Jay also supervised and developed direct reports, conducted HRBP career diagnostics, and implemented HRBP models. From 2018 to 2019, Jay worked as an HR Consultant at TeleDevelopment Services, Inc., managing the end-to-end HR facets of client accounts. In 2019, they joined Voyager Global Services as a Human Resources Manager, where they served as the Site HR Manager and collaborated with various departments. Jay then moved on to Hexaware Technologies Ltd. in 2019, where they held the position of Human Resources Manager until 2020. Currently, Jay is serving as an Organizational Development Manager at CarParts.com.

Jay Estingor II started their education at Don Bosco College Seminary in 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Education with a field of study in Computer Teacher Education. Jay completed this degree in the year 2000.

From 2000 to 2004, Jay attended San Beda University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Commerce. Their field of study at San Beda University was Business Management and Entrepreneurship.

In 2014, Jay enrolled in a Certificate Course on Field HR at Cornell University ILR School. Although the start year is not specified, it can be assumed that they completed this course within the same year, 2014.
