Ashley F.

Ashley F. has a diverse work experience starting in 2012 at MacMechanic as an Apple Certified Product Professional. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Social Intelligence Corp, first as a Social Media Analyst and then as a Tier II Analyst and Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2016, Ashley joined Carpe Data where they held various roles including Quality Assurance Engineer, Project Lead, Client Solutions Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Technical Operations. Additionally, they are an Advisory Board Member for the University of California Santa Barbara Customer Experience Certificate Program, providing feedback and guidance to support program development and improvement.
