Rebekah Strauser has a diverse and extensive work experience in talent acquisition and talent development. In 2022, Rebekah founded and chaired the Council for Employee Wellbeing, aiming to create a psychologically safe and inclusive culture for employees and their families by providing resources, training, and tools.
