Justyna Torres

Justyna Torres has extensive work experience in various roles related to eCommerce and management. Justyna is currently serving as the eCommerce & IT eCommerce Director at Carrefour Italia. Before this, they worked as the eCommerce & Customer Excellence Director at Carrefour Italia and the eCommerce Director at Carrefour România. Prior to their work at Carrefour, Justyna held the position of the Head of eCommerce H&M MENA zone at H&M and worked as the Marketing & eCommerce Director France at Toys"R"Us, Inc. Justyna also served as the Ecommerce Director Poland at Toys"R"Us, Inc., where they successfully launched an online store and implemented a new eCommerce platform. Justyna started their career in Human Resources, working as the Human Resources Director at Toys"R"Us, Inc. and the Human Resources Manager at Camaïeu Poland. Justyna also gained experience in recruitment and training as a Recruitment & Training Consultant at GRAND FRAIS. Justyna has a background in HR consulting, working as a Consultant at RIGHT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT - HR Consulting Firm.

Justyna Torres has a diverse educational background. In 2020-2021, they attended Sciences Po and obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Organizational Leadership. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) at HEC Paris, specializing in Business/Managerial Economics. In 2005-2006, they studied at Université Lumière Lyon 2 and completed a DESS (Diplôme d'Etudes Supérieures Spécialisées) in HR Management.
