Donald J. Parker is currently the President at Carrier Clinic. Prior to this, they were the President/CEO at AtlantiCare Health Services from January 1994 to January 2011. There, they provided leadership and business development for a multi site ambulatory strategy which included 15 Primary Care Practices, 8 Urgent Care Centers, 3 Convenient care sites, 6 day care centers, two public preschool programs, a 3 site Federally Qualified health center, a Hopice Progam, A Medicare and private Duty Home Care Program, Two Surgery Centers.

Donald J. Parker pursued a Masters In Social Work at Rutgers Graduate school of Social Work with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology at Rutgers College.
