Joseph Verret

Dr. Verret is Chief of Addiction Services and Blake Medical Director and has been a Clinical Psychiatrist on the Adult Psychiatric and Addictions Unit at Carrier Clinic since 2014. Dr. Verret is Board Certified in Addiction Medicine by the American Board of Addiction Medicine and is licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York, and Florida.

Dr. Verret’s professional experience includes working as Medical Chief of Substance Abuse Services at Trinitas Hospital in Elizabeth, NJ, Medical Director at Human Growth Center of NJ at Clifton, NJ, Attending Psychiatrist at St. Joseph Hospital in Paterson, NJ, and Consulting Psychiatrist at Elizabeth Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center at Elizabeth, NJ. He received his Medical Doctorate from the State University of Haiti, Faculty of Medicine and completed his Psychiatry residency at Harlem Hospital Center, Columbia Presbyterian Hospital.
