SVP, Operations at Carrier

Adrian Button is Senior Vice President, Operations for Carrier. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of Carrier’s global operations, including driving improved demand planning and sales, inventory & operations planning processes, supply chain resiliency and factory productivity across Carrier manufacturing operations. He is also responsible for advanced manufacturing, operations transformation, EH&S and quality.

Prior to Carrier, Adrian was with National Cash Register (NCR), where he served as Executive Vice President, Product & Service Operations, overseeing NCR’s global hardware, field service, procurement, manufacturing and engineering operations. Over the course of his 30-year career, Adrian has held several senior general management and operations roles, including 22 years at General Electric where he worked across the GE Aviation, Oil & Gas and Industrial Solutions divisions, with international assignments in the Middle East, North Africa and Europe. Adrian holds a BEng Honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Glamorgan in the United Kingdom, and was awarded an Honorary Fellowship from the University in 2015.
