April Clark has extensive work experience in various roles within the HVAC industry. April currently works at Carrier HVAC as a Service Operations Lead, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, April worked at Mechanical Technologies HVAC as an HVAC Service Administrator from October 2017 to January 2021. April also has experience as a Service Administrator at Dolomite Repair Service from August 2008 to July 2017. In addition, April worked as a Customer Service Training Manager at Unified Customer Service Monitoring LLC from June 2005 to August 2008. April further pursued their education at North Metro Technical College from 1998 to 2000, obtaining a Graphics Arts Certificate in Commercial and Advertising Art. Currently, they are enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University, working towards a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Operations Management and Supervision, which they began in 2022.
