Connor Owensby

Connor Owensby is a Design Engineer at Carrier HVAC, specializing in the 19MV product line of water chillers using Creo’s 3D modeling and Windchill. Previously, as a Mechanical Project Engineer at Spiroflow, Connor produced layout drawings for system integration and coordinated customer meetings. Experience also includes a Manufacturing Engineering Internship at Continental Structural Plastics, where Connor addressed defects and improved assembly processes. Connor completed a Mechanical Engineering Internship at BEAM Product Innovation, developing presentations and software for prototypes, and worked as a Draftsman and Machinist at Piedmont Metal Inc. Early career experience includes a role as Pool Manager at Trident Pool Group. Connor holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
