Lauren Swant

Lauren Swant currently serves as the Director of Nursing and Department Chair at Carroll College since July 2021. Prior to this role, Lauren held positions as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse at Benefis Health System from January 2011 to March 2022 and at NY Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center from July 2008 to July 2011. Additionally, Lauren was the Nursing Program Director at Great Falls College Montana State University between January 2016 and July 2021. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Health Systems Executive Leadership from the University of Pittsburgh, anticipated in December 2023, a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Indiana State University (2010-2013), and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh (2004-2008).
