Diane A. Foster

Diane Foster serves as a Board Member for Habitat for Humanity of Carroll County, MD, and holds the position of Mayor Pro Tem for the City of Taneytown since May 2009, focusing on economic development and fiscal stewardship. Additionally, Diane has been the Chair of the Board of Trustees for Carroll Community College, ensuring financial integrity and affordable student enrollment. With membership roles in the Carroll County Department of Economic Development and the Human Services Program of Carroll County, Diane advocates for economic stability and the protection of vulnerable citizens. Diane also contributes as an Oriole Advocate for the Baltimore Orioles and participates in the Maryland Municipal League Board and FSK Advisory Council. Previous experience includes serving as a Supervisory Board Member for Securityplus Federal Credit Union and on the Parish Council for St. Joseph Catholic Church.
