Ken Osterritter has extensive experience in facility operations and auxiliary services, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Facility Operations and Auxiliary Services at Carroll Community College since April 2022. Prior to this role, Ken held positions such as Operations Administration Manager at SimEx-Iwerks Entertainment and Operations Manager at The Florida Aquarium. Ken has also worked as an Independent Contractor in the attraction business and served as Director of Visitor Service Operations at The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore. Earlier experience includes a Senior District Executive role with the Boy Scouts of America and Assistant Manager at Days Inn Inner Harbor. Ken holds a Master of Science degree in Recreation, Tourism, and Hospitality Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a Bachelor's degree in Recreation and Leisure Administration from York College of Pennsylvania.
