Max Barragan

Max Barragan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management, particularly within the defense industry. Currently serving as a Digital Design & Fabrication Board Advisor at Carroll Community College since January 2020, Max also holds dual roles at Northrop Grumman as a Hardware Engineering Manager and Operations Project Manager since January 2017. Previous positions include Functional Engineering Manager at Textron Systems and Lead Mechanical Engineer at AAI Corporation, focusing on military complex systems and UAV design.
