Blake Riley

Blake Riley is an experienced pharmacy professional with a strong background in clinical and hospital pharmacy. Currently serving as the Director of Pharmacy Services at Carroll County Memorial Hospital since July 2017, Blake also held the position of Clinical Pharmacist. Prior to this role, Blake was the Owner and Manager of Hometown Pharmacy from May 2008 to June 2017. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, completed in 2008, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from the same institution, earned in 2003.
