Megan McGarry

Megan McGarry has over a decade of experience in education and library services. Currently serving as a Receptionist/HR Clerk and Library Associate at Carroll County Public Library since November 2019, Megan also has experience as an Information Substitute. Prior to this role, Megan was a Teacher at Baltimore County Public Schools from July 2005 to July 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Towson University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Loyola University Maryland.
