Shawn Holt, MBA, currently serves as Assistant Controller at Brandywine Homes USA since 2024. Prior experience includes managerial roles focused on property accounting at The RMR Group and Common, along with various accounting positions at Lincoln Property Company, Caliber Living, LLC, Gables Residential, and Peak Campus Companies. Earlier career experience includes an accounting consultant role for the State of Georgia and an associate accounting manager position at Prudential Financial. Shawn Holt holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fort Valley State University and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Keller Graduate School.
