Jared L. Landaw

Jared L. Landaw has served as the Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Carrols Restaurant Group, Inc. since February 2021. Prior to joining Carrols, Mr. Landaw was the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Barington Capital Group, L.P., an investment firm that assists publicly traded companies in designing and implementing initiatives to improve long-term value. In this role, he frequently served as a director, corporate secretary, acting general counsel, or advisor to companies in Barrington's investment portfolio, providing assistance with acquisitions, director recruiting, investor relations, SEC filings, corporate compliance, corporate governance, and board matters. Prior to joining Barington, Mr. Landaw was the Vice President of Law of International Specialty Products Inc. (formerly NYSE: ISP) and an associate in the New York office of Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP. Mr. Landaw received J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and Managing Editor of the Columbia Business Law Review.
