Breonna Ortiz

Breonna Ortiz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Breonna started their career at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative, where they handled a high volume of calls while also communicating through email and chats. Breonna then moved on to Tania's Tots Learning Center, where they served as a Lead Preschool Teacher, maintaining a positive and educational environment for the children and providing parental involvement services. After that, they worked at Veridia Diagnostics as a Physician Account Representative, assisting with day-to-day duties such as client and sales requests, resolving patient sample issues, and managing incoming emails and phone calls. Breonna then joined The Digital Space as a Senior Customer Experience Specialist, a role they held for three years before joining their current company, Carrot Fertility, as a Customer Care Advocate.
