Cyerra Hawkins

Cyerra Hawkins has a diverse work experience in customer service roles. Cyerra started their career as a Front Desk Staff at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, where they interacted directly with owners and guests, providing personalized vacation experiences. Cyerra then worked as a Guest Operations Specialist at Disney Sports/ESPN Wide World of Sports, handling various positions related to event management. Following that, they served as a Hospital Concierge at AdventHealth, ensuring high-quality customer service and fulfilling requests of employees, patients, and physicians. Cyerra also worked as a Patient Care Coordinator at Inception Fertility, where they coordinated with patients and outside physicians to ensure smooth treatment processes. Cyerra has most recently served as a Member Experience Coordinator at Ro and currently works as a Care Navigator at Carrot Fertility, connecting members with their family-forming goals and contributing to product development based on member interactions.

Cyerra Hawkins has a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health Education from Southern New Hampshire University. Cyerra also has an Associate's degree from California Baptist University. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained a certification from The National Society of Leadership and Success in June 2021.
