Sean Reidy

Sean Reidy has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and technology. Sean started working as a Computer Support Technician at Wilmette Public Schools in 2014, where they managed technical support and maintenance of SMART Board products. Sean then became the Lead Hardware/Software Specialist, supervising technicians and managing the ordering of technology parts. As the Manager of Technology Services, Sean implemented network infrastructure upgrade projects and a new phone system throughout the district. In 2019, they joined AstraZeneca as a System Administrator, responsible for maintaining and managing the company's systems. In 2020, Sean joined CuriosityStream as a System Administrator. Sean also has experience as a Software Operations Analyst at CDW, conducting high-level analysis and reviewing operating systems and procedures to establish efficiency improvements. Currently, they work as an IT Specialist at Carrot Fertility.

Sean Reidy completed their education at Northwestern University's School of Professional Studies in 2015, where they studied Computer Programming. Prior to that, they attended Harper College from 2013 to 2014, focusing on Java Programming. From 2008 to 2012, Sean attended Marquette University, where they pursued a degree in Writing-Intensive English. In terms of additional certifications, Sean obtained the Apple Certified Macintosh Technician and iOS Certification in January 2015. Sean also received the Jamf Certified Tech certification from Jamf in January 2021. Additionally, Sean holds the Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
