Jodi Wallace has over 20 years of work experience in the field of account management. In 1999, they began their career at Oracle as an Account Manager. In 2005, they moved to TripAdvisor, Inc. as an Account Manager, and then to Cymfony / Kanter Media Intelligence as an Enterprise Account Manager. In 2008, they joined Quantia Communications / QuantiaMD as a Senior Account Manager. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Consultant at Profinity, LLC. Jodi then moved to ShiftWise as an Account Manager until 2013. From 2013 to 2019, they were a Client Success Manager at Truven Health Analytics™, part of the IBM Watson Health™ business. Jodi then moved to Livongo as a Client Success Manager until 2020. Currently, they are employed at Teladoc Health as a Senior Client Success Manager and is set to join Carrum Health in 2022.
