Katherine Chen

Katherine Chen currently serves as the Head of Investor Relations at Eventbrite, a position held since May 2021. Previously, Katherine was the Director of Investor Relations at Flex from November 2016 to April 2021 and began the career as an Investor Relations Analyst at Cepheid from September 2015 to November 2016. Prior experience includes roles as a Proxy Research Analyst and Research Operations Associate at Glass, Lewis & Co., where Katherine developed expertise in corporate governance and shareholder meeting analyses. Early in the career, Katherine contributed to the UC Santa Cruz Office of Admissions and taught at The EDGE School, focusing on educational development in various subjects. Educational background includes a B.A. in Economics and History from the University of California, Santa Cruz, with minors in Politics and Mathematics.
