Sunita Rodrigues is the current Learning & Development Head at CARS24. Sunita has been with the company since November 2021 and has held various positions during their time there. Prior to their current position, Sunita was the Head of Learning and Development for the MiddleEast Region. In this role, they led a team of 6 employees in the LnD team and was responsible for catering to 500+ employees across various departments. Sunita was also responsible for creating training plans, delivering training across functions, and developing innovative learning solutions to improve the learning experience for employees.
