Kay Caudle

Kay Caudle has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of law and corporate counsel. Kay is currently working as a Corporate Counsel at CarSaver since 2022. Prior to this, Kay worked at Scale, LLP as a Counsel from November 2021 to June 2022, where they provided legal advice on corporate contracts, employment law, and privacy matters. Before that, they worked as an Executive Recruiter at Parker and Lynch from June 2021 to November 2021.

Kay has significant experience as a General Counsel at STR, where they worked from October 2007 to June 2021. In this role, they ensured compliance with laws and regulations, handled contractual, intellectual property, privacy, and employment matters, and played a key role in STR's acquisition by The CoStar Group in 2019. Additionally, Kay worked as an Associate at Ogletree Deakins from January 2005 to October 2007 and at Boult Cummings Conners & Berry PLC as an Associate from 2000 to 2005.

Kay Caudle pursued their education in a disciplined and focused manner. In 1986, they enrolled in Vanderbilt University, where they majored in English and Art History. Kay completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in 1990, after four years of dedicated study.

Following their bachelor's degree, Kay Caudle's thirst for knowledge led their to join the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1997. For three years, from 1997 to 2000, they diligently studied law to attain their JD degree.

In addition to their formal education, Kay Caudle showed a commitment to professional development by obtaining certifications. In 2017, they successfully completed the Tennessee Bar Association Leadership Law Class, which further enhanced their knowledge and expertise in the legal field. This certification was awarded by the Tennessee Bar Association.
