Dawn Bly Uthe, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 35 years of experience in Human Resources. Dawn began their career in 1981 as a Recruiter for Citibank. In 1998, they moved to HSBC where they held the role of VP Human Resources and Senior Recruiting Manager. Dawn later moved to HSBC - North America as VP Human Resources. In 2012, they joined Capital One as an HR Professional, where they managed Recruiters and Site Lead Recruiters for the Sioux Falls, SD and Portland, OR sites. In 2014, they became the Talent Development Lead at Carsforsale.com.

Dawn Bly Uthe obtained their PHR certification in 2000 in the field of Human Resources. In 2015, they obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
