Ken Vaughan has over 38 years of experience in the engineering and software development fields. Ken began their career in 1983 as a Software Group Leader and Software Engineer at McDonnell Douglas Corp. (MDC). In 1995, they joined The Boeing Company as a Senior Engineering Manager, Phantom Works. During their tenure at The Boeing Company, they also held the roles of Chief Engineer, Phantom Works - ABMA / Advanced Global Strike and Multi-Skill Engineering Manager / Chief Engineer. In 2015, Ken joined the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez as a Professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department. Ken is currently employed at Intramotev as the Chief Engineer, providing technical oversight, mentoring, coaching, recruiting, and developing system engineering practices and procedures.
Ken Vaughan received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1983 and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus in Artificial Intelligence from Washington University in St. Louis in 1994.
