Michele Love

Michele Love, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Carson-Newman University since March 2023. Previously, Michele held the role of Human Resource Director at Lions Volunteer Blind Industries from November 2016 to March 2023, and prior to that, worked as a Payroll and Benefits Specialist at the same organization. From June 2000 to December 2015, Michele served as Vice President and Director of Human Resources at Jefferson Federal Bank. Michele holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
