Aly Halawa

Aly Halawa has over 17 years of work experience in the customer service and accounting fields. In 2004, they began their career as a General Accountant at AL KUTUBAI BUILDING CONTRACTORS L.L.C. In 2009, they moved to AlZajil Building Contract Company as an Accounting Manager. In 2012, they joined du as a Customer Operation - Contact Center - Commercial Sales Division - Executive- Acting TL. In 2014, they were hired by Souq.com as a Customer Experience Team Manager. In 2017, they started working at Amazon as a Senior Risk Manager, Denied Party Screening (DPS) and Compliance and then as a Customer Experience Team Manager. In 2022, they were appointed Head Of Customer Experience at CarSwitch.

Aly Halawa earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Ain Shams University between 1999 and 2003.
