With a background in managerial studies and English from Rice University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas, Andréa has held key roles in companies such as Service Corporation International, Houston ISD, and AIG. Known for successfully implementing and supporting systems like Workday and PeopleSoft, Andréa's expertise in HRIT management and project leadership has been instrumental in supporting and enhancing HR operations for organizations. Currently serving as the VP of HRIS & People Operations at Cart.com, Andréa continues to drive innovation and efficiency in the HR technology landscape.
