Mike Svatek

Mike Svatek is the Chief Innovation Officer at Cart.com. Mike was previously the CEO and Head of Product at Rivet Works, Inc., a cloud software platform that powered direct-to-consumer engagement for online retailers, product brands, and travel & leisure brands. The e-commerce business was acquired in 2020 by a leading ecommerce SAAS provider backed by private equity.

Svatek has extensive experience in the ecommerce industry, having founded and led Rivet Works from its inception. Mike has also served on the Board of Directors and Advisory Team for the company. In addition, they have built partnerships with leading commerce platforms, such as Shopify and BigCommerce, to create a proprietary merchant content network.

Mike Svatek's educational career includes an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, a BBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business, and a degree in music education and jazz studies from the University of North Texas.

They are on a team with Gary Specter - President, Go-to-Market, Randy Ray - Chief Revenue Officer, and Remington Tonar - Head of Investor and Board Relations. Mike Svatek reports to Omair Tariq, CEO.
