Marci Tonnemacher

Marci Tonnemacher is a seasoned professional in total rewards and compensation with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Sr. Director and Head of Total Rewards at Carta since May 2023, Marci previously held significant roles at Twitter as Sr. Manager of Strategy and Operations in Data Science, and at Convoy Inc as Head of Total Rewards, HR Operations, and People Analytics. Additional experience includes positions at Nordstrom, Amazon, Redfin, and Boeing, where Marci contributed to various aspects of compensation, benefits, and data quality. Marci began an academic career at Washington State University, focusing on mathematics for business, while also gaining early experience as an actuarial intern at Boeing. Marci holds a B.S. in Mathematics with a concentration in Actuarial Science and Statistics from Washington State University.
