Nicole Kahn

Nicole Kahn is currently the VP of Design at Carta. Prior to that, they were the VP Design + Strategy, Technology at WeWork from September 2018 to June 2022. Before WeWork, Nicole was at IDEO for almost 10 years where they were the Senior Director, Design for Change Studio. Her roles and responsibilities included creative leadership, talent development, process design, and organization design. Nicole has also been a lecturer at Stanford University and a Fellow at Stanford d.school (Hasso Plattner Institute of Design).

Nicole Kahn has a MS in Product Design from Stanford University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Brown University.

They are on a team with Ry Sullivan - VP, Product, Platform, Mohit Rajani - VP, Product, and Christine Ngo - Director, Product Strategy & Operations. Their manager is Heidi Johnson, Chief Product Officer.
