Paige Bailey

Paige Bailey is the Chief People Officer at Carta. Paige has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations Management.

Paige started their career as an assistant manager at The UPS Store. Paige then became a hotel front desk manager at Best Western Hotels & Resorts. In 2009, Paige transitioned into the role of operations manager at The Buckle, Inc. where they stayed for three years. Paige then became the human resources manager at One on One Marketing in 2013 before moving on to their current role as director of HR business partner at InsideSales in 2015.

Paige Bailey attended Utah State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business. Paige also holds a certification from SHRM as a SHRM-Certified Professional.

They are on a team with Ali A Liaqat - Chief Strategy Officer, Heidi Johnson - Chief Product Officer, and April Lindauer - General Counsel. Their manager is Henry Ward, Founder & CEO.
