Spencer Holton

Spencer Holton is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience in the venture capital and fund administration sectors. Currently serving as Lead Product Manager at Carta since August 2019, Spencer oversees the product team focused on the upmarket Fund Administration business and is instrumental in the expansion into new asset classes such as Private Equity. Previously, Spencer held roles as Senior Product Manager and Product Manager within Carta, leading initiatives in Investor Relations and Fund Administration. Prior to Carta, Spencer worked as a Venture Associate at Coast to Crest Fund and as an Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Oregon, providing mentorship to aspiring entrepreneurs. Spencer co-founded Trail Supply Co., and gained retail experience at REI. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business.
