Tess Maloney

Tess Maloney is a professional in venture capital sales, currently employed at Carta since January 2023. Previously, Tess served as a student-athlete at The Ohio State University Department of Athletics from August 2018 to December 2022, while also gaining experience in various roles, including Sales Development Representative at Carta from May 2022 to July 2022, Equity Research Intern at Needham & Company in May and July 2021, and Business Development Agent at SnapClose from May 2020 to May 2021. Additional internships include a summer position at Cornerstone Management Solutions, Inc. in June 2019 and a summer internship at MP Search Partners from June 2018 to August 2018. Tess earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, completing the degree in 2022, and graduated from The Lawrenceville School in 2018.
