Vincent Pou

Vincent Pou is a finance professional with extensive experience in strategic finance and business development. Currently serving as Manager of Strategic Finance at Carta since September 2022, Vincent has previously held roles including Senior Associate and Associate within the same department, focusing on financial planning and analysis for international business units, pricing strategy, and market analysis. Prior to Carta, Vincent contributed to Capdesk as a Finance Analyst, where responsibilities included finance operations and investor relations, and played an integral role in the company's acquisition by Carta. Vincent co-founded Reachly and LB Networks, demonstrating entrepreneurial skills in lead generation and business development. Earlier work experience includes a role at Silverlight Research in a Private Equity & Hedge Funds team and an internship at ENGIE in operations for photovoltaic power plants. Vincent holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance from Université de Bordeaux and degrees in Economics & Management and Business from IAE FRANCE and Waterford Institute of Technology, respectively.
