Bruce Wookey, MBA, FAICD, has extensive experience in the financial and corporate advisory industry. Starting in 2000, they were a Managing Director at CARTESIAN CAPITAL GROUP. In 2004, they became an Executive Chair, Managing Director, and Major Shareholder at the same company. In 2009, they were a Lead Independent Director at TCA CAPITAL. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Consultant/Team Member at Bunnings Group Limited. In 2016, they were a Managing Partner and Non Executive Director at TAP Financial Partners, TCA Capital. In 2019, they became an Approved Advisor with The Advisory Board Centre. In 2020, they were a Partner at both Allbridge Partners and TAP Financial Partners. Finally, in 2021, they became a Managing Partner at TAP Partners.

Bruce Wookey has an extensive educational background. Bruce obtained a Bachelor of Business Studies (Accounting) from Victoria University between 1974 and 1977, followed by a Master of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne in 1990, focusing on Corporate Finance. Prior to that, they attended Melbourne Boys High School between 1971 and 1973, and Heath Clarke Grammar in Croydon, UK from 1968 to 1971. Bruce has also obtained several certifications, including a Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors in Australia in 1996, a Senior Fellow of FINSIA in 1996, a Member of the Australian Stock Exchange in 1994, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia in 2004, and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia in 1981.
