Kristen Baldwin Ballinger

Kristen Baldwin Ballinger is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. From 2002 to 2005, they worked at Hitachi Consulting and Empower Solutions as a Business Consulting Senior Consultant and Manager, respectively. In 2005, they joined Accenture as a Business Consulting Senior Manager, where they collaborated with senior executives on workforce alignment and HR projects. Ballinger transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry in 2010, working at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) in various HR roles, including Senior Director of Commercial Human Resource Business Partner and Director of HR Operations. Kristen Baldwin then joined Bayer Pharmaceuticals in 2016 as the VP of Human Resources for both the Consumer Health and Pharmaceuticals divisions, overseeing HR teams and driving strategic initiatives. In 2020, Ballinger became the Global CHRO at The LIVEKINDLY Co before taking on the role of Senior Partner at CEO.works in 2021. Most recently, they have served as the Chief People & Integration Officer at Cartesian Therapeutics. Additionally, they are an Advisory Board Member for the Columbia University Deming Center for Quality, Productivity, and Competitiveness and an Adjunct Associate Professor at Columbia University's Human Capital Management program.

Kristen Baldwin Ballinger holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Healthcare Marketing from Columbia Business School. Kristen Baldwin also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Communications & Business from Ohio University. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Value Coach from CEO.works in 2019.
