Kimberly Palma, RHIT, has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as a Medical Transcriptionist at Carthage Area Hospital since October 2018. In addition, Kimberly has held roles as a Finance Clerk Specialist at Transitional Living Services of Northern New York and as a Claims and Appeals Analyst, along with Claims & Appeals Analyst Specialist, at AgeWell New York since May 2016. Prior experience includes working as a Biller/Coding at WellSpan Health and a Physician Office Assistant. Kimberly holds an Associate's Applied Science degree in Health Information Technology from DeVry University, an Applied Science Certificate in Medical Assisting from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, and a High School Diploma from York County Area of Technology.
