Katy Chen has extensive work experience in various industries. Katy is currently the Head of Client Engagement North America at Cartier since 2022. Previously, they held roles at Tiffany & Co., including Senior Director- Global Client Relations, High Jewelry from 2021-2022, Senior Director- Global Sales Strategy from 2018-2021, and Director- Chinese Sales Strategy and Development from 2014-2018. Before that, they held varying retail and corporate management positions at Tiffany & Co. from 2010-2014. Prior to their work at Tiffany & Co., they served as the Operations & Production Manager at Oscar de la Renta from 2009-2010 and worked in the Merchandising & US Timepiece Division at Harry Winston from 2006-2009. Katy also gained experience as a Fixed Income Analyst at BNP Paribas in 2005 and as an SAT & ACT Instructor/Private Tutor at Kaplan Inc. from 2003-2005.

Katy Chen completed their MBA degree at Columbia Business School from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned their BA in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College. Katy also spent a year studying abroad at UCL, specializing in Psychology.
