Thibaut Lilas

Thibaut LILAS has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Thibaut started their career as an Academic Tutor at Lycée Militaire d'Aix en Provence in 1996. Thibaut then joined Louis Vuitton as a Human Resources Project Manager in 1997. Thibaut later worked at Parfums Christian Dior, initially as a Recruitment Manager from 2000 to 2002, followed by roles as a Junior Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager, and finally a Human Resources Manager. In 2007, they became the Human Resources Director at Berluti and held this position until 2011 when they joined GIVENCHY as their Human Resources Director. Currently, Thibaut is working as the Human Resources Director at Cartier, starting in 2012.

Thibaut LILAS completed their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from KEDGE Business School from 1992 to 1995. Thibaut then pursued a Master of Science in Human Resources from Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management - IAE from 1995 to 1996.
