Zyla Akiti

Zyla Akiti has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Zyla started their career in 2002 at Nordstrom, where they held various roles including Sales Associate and Assistant Department Manager. Zyla then progressed to roles such as Human Resources Generalist and Area Human Resources Manager. In 2014, they joined Meijer as a Regional Recruiter before becoming a Human Resources Market Manager. In 2017, Zyla joined Burberry as a Regional Human Resources Manager and later advanced to the position of Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner. Their most recent position is at Cartier, where they currently serve as the Human Resources Director.

Zyla Akiti studied Business Administration and Management at Harper College. They have also obtained certifications in HR Compliance from Nordstrom and the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect from Korn Ferry in 2016.
