Michael Pekin

Michael Pekin, Esq. is an experienced executive in the legal finance industry. Michael is currently the Executive Vice President at Cartiga, a leading provider of legal pre-settlement funding. Prior to their current role, Michael was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Momentum Funding LLC, a premier national legal finance company. Michael also co-founded Oasis Legal Finance and served as the Chief Investment Officer. Michael began their career as a Partner at Pekin & Levin Law Firm, specializing in personal injury law. Michael holds a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Indiana University.
