Belén García Solbes has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of customer success management. Belén started their career at Nextinit in 2014 and served as a Customer Success Manager for five years. In 2019, they joined CARTO as a Corporate Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for managing engagement and expectations within international teams and complex organizations. Belén later transitioned to the role of Enterprise Customer Success Manager, acting as a primary contact for key accounts and aligning internally with sales, product, support, and marketing teams. In 2022, they moved to Intelygenz as a Key Account Manager, where they remained until 2023. Currently, they are working as a Senior Customer Success Manager at CARTO.

Belén García Solbes has a diverse education history. In 2018, they attended Ironhack and obtained certification in Web Development through a Part Time Bootcamp. During the same year, they pursued a degree in Full Stack Developer. From 2009 to 2015, they studied at Centro Universitario Villanueva, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations. At the same institution, they also obtained a Superior Title in Business Administration and Management (EBS). Currently, they are attending IESE Business School, where they are pursuing an Executive MBA focusing on Business Administration and Management.
