Borja Muñoz

Borja Muñoz has worked in the tech industry since 2002. In that time, they have held a variety of roles. From 2002 to 2005, they worked as a Software Engineer at Coritel. Borja then moved to Ingeniería Idom, where they worked as a Software Engineer, Consultant and Project Manager from 2005 to 2020. Since 2020, they have been working at CARTO as a Product, where they have been defining and prioritizing product features based on product strategy, business priorities and customer needs. Borja is also a certified PMP and PSM I.

Borja Muñoz obtained their Ingeniero en Informática degree from Universidad de Granada between 1996 and 2002. In 2014, they completed the GPS: An Introduction to Satellite Navigation course from Coursera - Stanford University. Borja also holds certifications from Scrum.org (PSM I, Professional Scrum Master I obtained in November 2019), Coursera (Machine Learning obtained in July 2018), Esri (Enterprise System Design Associate 10.2 obtained in February 2014), Google Cloud (Professional Data Engineer obtained in January 2023), and Project Management Institute (PMP, Project Management Professional obtained in November 2012).
