Gretta Nashcadden

Gretta NashCadden has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Gretta worked at CarTrawler as the Director of People Partnering & Operations, starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Head of People Partnering from June 2019 to March 2022. Gretta also served as a People Partner Manager from November 2018 to June 2019 and as a Senior People Partner from October 2017 to November 2018 at CarTrawler.

Before joining CarTrawler, Gretta worked at Brown Thomas as the HR & Talent Development Manager for The Brown Thomas Group and Arnotts from September 2016 to September 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Human Resources Manager Regional Brown Thomas and BT2 Stores from September 2010 to September 2016.

Gretta's earlier work experience includes roles at Marriott International, where they served as the Acting Director of Human Resources at the Shelbourne hotel on a fixed-term contract from May 2010 to September 2010. Gretta also worked as a Human Resources Manager from January 2007 to May 2010 and as a Human Resources Executive from March 2004 to January 2007 at Marriott International.

Gretta NashCadden's education history includes a variety of degrees and certifications in different fields. In 2000 and 2001, they attended the University of Galway, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Business/Commerce. Following this, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued an Hons Degree in Human Resources Management at Technological University Dublin. In 2007, they attended Dublin Business School and earned a diploma in Employment Law, specializing in the field of Employment Law. Moving forward, from 2008 to 2010, Gretta attended Dublin City University and obtained a Master's degree in HR Strategy. Gretta then pursued further education at Technological University Dublin from 2013 to 2014, completing a certificate in Industrial Relations. Recently, in 2021, they attended the Irish Management Institute, where they earned a diploma in Executive Coaching.
